How to access Live Chat

The Live Chat is a great way to get the answer to the questions you may wish to find with a quick response or to chat with an agent to give you the best experience on Your AV Store.
Above is a few images which will show you where you can find our Live Chat Icon. It will always be in the bottom right hand of the device you are visiting our website from. The icon will look like this:
The text on the icon will either be ‘We’re offline’ or ‘We’re online’ If we are offline you are still able to leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as an agent is online, If we are online one of our agents will be responding to you as quick as possible depending on available agents.
